The staff at Hampton Inn Montreal Downtown, Qc were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They waived my cancellation fees when my flight was rescheduled. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great handheld shower. The hotel's location at the corner of Chinatown was perfect for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amicable and particularly helpful staff as one would expect. The location is great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Old Port of Montreal.

We were in a marvellous and unbeatable location just a short stroll away from Place des Arts.

My son and I really enjoyed being there. Booked queen room, that was provided with a higher toilet, non slip shower, 2 grab bars. Had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and fridges at my disposal.

The lobby was bright and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Queen bed rooms were well-sized and the facilities felt new. The comfortable bed and abundance of cozy pillows made for a pleasant stay. The hotel's location in front of Chinatown was a definite plus, with plenty of delicious Asian cuisine to choose from nearby. Additionally, being just a few blocks away from the main shopping street and old town allowed for convenient exploration.

This hotel was not accessible for handicapped individuals as advertised. There were limited accommodations, with only one walk-in shower available and no roll-in showers.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful rooms and the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom was also a highlight, with its gorgeous design and high-quality shower products. the staff provided excellent recommendations for local dining options, ensuring that my holiday meals were memorable. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was within walking distance of the concert venue I attended and close to public transportation.

I did feel that certain areas of the hotel lacked cleanliness. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with housekeeping only making the beds and forgetting to leave clean towels.

Had king room with 2 grab bars, shower plus a higher toilet. Marvellous location in the middle of the city, and 5 minute walk from Place des Arts. And really close to Chinatown.

The hotel's location near Chinatown and Old Montreal was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area. The pool, gym, and hot tub were all well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable stay in Montreal.

Liked that it was 15 minutes' walk from the train station. The room we had included a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set.
